Inclusion in Early Years is a practical 3-Month Certificate Programme designed to empower educators with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support diverse learners in early childhood settings. Rooted in the belief that inclusive learning is diverse learning, this course provides an introduction to SEN, ASD, ADHD, and Dyslexia. Through blended modules participants learn to recognize early signs, apply effective inclusive strategies, and create nurturing environments where every child feels understood, valued, and empowered to thrive

- Understanding Autism (ASD):
- Early indicators (0–6 years)
- Sensory needs & social communication
- Visual supports & structured strategies (TEACCH, ABA basics)
- Mini Project: Create a classroom visual schedule
- Supporting ADHD:
- Recognizing hyperactivity & inattention
- Behavior-friendly routines
- Sensory tools & movement-based learning
- Assignment: Behavior support plan for one classroom routine
- Dyslexia & Early Literacy:
- Early signs before age 7
- Phonological awareness strategies
- Multisensory literacy techniques
- ORT-aligned adaptations
- Mini Task: Design a multisensory alphabet activity
- Designing Inclusive Classrooms:
- Environmental adaptations
- Differentiated planning
- Creating Individual Support Plans (ISP)
- Documentation & progress monitoring
- Practical: Sample ISP + Differentiated Lesson Plan
- Professional Practice & Final Project:
- Working with parents & therapists
- Conducting supportive parent meetings
