Performance based Management or Result Oriented Management is primarily a novel approach encompassing the different styles of Managers with keeping a sharp and closer look at the performance of each and every employee. In prevailing circumstance where competition and rapid changes have engulfed every organization, it is badly needed to cut down the expenses and maximize functional and operational efficiency in order to gain extra mileage.
