Strategy development and execution refers to the process of Strategic Analysis, Strategy Formulation, and Strategy Execution. It is a series of steps performed in sequential order. The Strategic Analysis involves a review of organizational strengths, weaknesses, business model, and business process as well as factors in the external environment that could affect its business. This is followed by Strategy Development which involves choosing the most appropriate course of action for the realization of organizational goals and objectives and thereby achieving the organizational vision.
