COURSE DESCRIPTION

Organizational safety and clean working environment have become core concerns of process organizations round the globe. Extensive efforts, time and costs are being spent to counter health related hazards, accidents and other loses that incur millions and millions in terms productive and human life damages including compensations. Quality of Work life (QWL) is a very important component that impacts and influence overall performance of an organization in a holistic manner and in order to maintain healthy QWL, it is needed to envelop whole organization in the cross folds of those standards that not only provide preventive working guidelines but also assist in developing and establish a workable and qualified management system that addresses all related concerns.
ISO 9001:2015 is the latest version of Quality Management system that provides extensive guidelines to organizations to establish a comprehensive documented system with the help of which all processes and functions can be integrated and inter-related in order to achieve maximum output with adequate deployment of available resources.
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system offers comprehensive documented framework that enables an organization to run its operations without negatively damaging the environment, comply with applicable rules, laws and regulations and an approach towards continuous improvement in building and environment friendly facility.
OHSAS 18001 is an internationally applied British standard of occupational health and safety management system. The core focus of this system is to assist organizations to demonstrate stable and sound occupational health and safety performance covering entire functions and operations. The working framework of this standard assist organizations in (a) identifying and control health and safety risks, (b) reduce the potential for accidents, (3) aid legal compliance and (4) improve overall performance.
This three days course is a well knitted integration of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and meant to offer detailed and comprehensive framework with the help of which these standards can be implemented in any organization to gain desirable benefits.
