PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques for project activities to meet the project requirements and to gauge the performance of the project. One of the key ingredients of project management is the use of effective monitoring and control techniques for the successful implementation of a project.

Project Monitoring tools allow projects managers and project stakeholders to continuously evaluate the performance of project as compared to agreed parameters, whereas controls provide effective mechanisms to keep projects on track. This training program enables participants to understand the tools and techniques for effective monitoring and evaluation of a project.
