Grammar, punctuation and vocabulary  are the basic elements that make up both written and oral messages. They are also most frequently misused in daily business communication. These mistakes make the most well thought out document ‘a fiasco’, and a well researched report into a least influential document.

This program offers effective use of paragraphs, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary. Also learn the  techniques you will need to improve your business writing. Emphasis will be given on practical principles of grammar , that any person “must-know” when communicating.
