The Pakistan Institute of Management was set up in 1954 as a non-profit organization with the mandate to "take the lead role in management development in Pakistan".
Over the last 53 years, our mission statement has been:
"Progress Through Better Management"
Since the early 1960s, PIM has been recognized as the market leader in the field of management training and development and to date we have:
conducted over 6,600 management training courses
trained over 139,000 managers
Annually, PIM conducts approximately 300 training program and trains over 5,000 managers.
