Course Objective

The objective of this 5-day program is to equip participants with the most modern tool of Project Management, Primavera Project Enterprise P6. The course consists of two modules that are offered globally by Primavera Authorized Trainers. Module 1 Basic Course # 102 and Module 2 Advanced Course # 106-P.

Course Contents

Get started with the Project Management Module through hands-on, basic training. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. The course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instructions use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

The advanced module is designed to give current users a more in depth look at the software. Many of the lessons will aid the project office in determining how to setup users, maintain security, and define global data items, such as calendars and activity codes.
