• Managing Support Services: Security, Dietary Services, Housekeeping and Laundry, Transport, Facilities Engineering Services, etc.
• Quality Assurance in Hospitals
• Medical Informatics: Hospital Management Information Systems and “the Paperless Hospital”.
• Procurement, Supplies and Inventory Management in Hospitals
• Managing Human Resources: Staffing Levels, Training, Assessments, Compensation, etc.
• Hospital Waste Management

METHODOLOGY

Lectures, group discussions, assignments, case studies, videos, and guest speakers’ sessions.

PROGRAM DURATION/DAYS

This Program is of four-month duration. Classes will be held on Sunday (10:00 am to 4:00 pm).
